Quality Control

Cariola performs a detailed quality control inspection of each wheelbarrow before shipment from the factory. Individual components from each wheelbarrow are thoroughly inspected and tested.

Shipping

Cariola wheelbarrows are shipped unassembled and packaged on a skid. Assembly time for one wheelbarrow is estimated to be 5-10 minutes, depending on familiarity. Each wheelbarrow is shipped with an Owner's Manual which includes the following information:

Return Policy

Cariola will accept returns of wheelbarrows (in new, unused condition, by the original purchaser) for 60 days after date of purchase. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping costs incurred to return wheelbarrows to Cariola are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limited Warranty

Cariola provides wheelbarrow purchasers with a 90 day limited warranty to cover manufacturer defects. In case of manufacturer defect, Cariola, at its discretion, will either replace or repair the defective components.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or unintended uses of Cariola Wheelbarrows (as per the included Intended Uses and Safe Use Instructions).

NOTE: Our Demo Video shows the Ultimate Wheelbarrow used in extreme conditions. However, this is not considered normal or "intended use" of a wheelbarrow.
